The 24th European Conference on Circuit Theory and Design will focus on recent trends and advances in the areas of theory, design and implementation of circuit and systems. The program will include Special Sessions, aiming at complementing the regular program with emerging topics of interest to the circuit design community. The organizing committee welcomes submissions on topics aligned or adjacent to interest of the IEEE CAS society and with a clear interest for persons active in the circuits and systems area. The first paper of each Special Session will provide an introduction to the field and will target a non-specialist audience.
Prospective organizers of Special Sessions should submit a proposal indicating:
- Title of the session;
- Rationale of the need for the Special Session, stressing on the novelty of the topic and its multidisciplinary aspects (if any);
- Short biographies of the session organizers;
- List of five contributed papers, including: titles, authors, contact information of the corresponding author, and a short abstract of each contribution;
- Preliminary full version of the overview paper.
The papers of accepted special sessions shall go through the same review process as regular papers. The special session organizer will, together with the special session chairs, be in charge of the review of these papers.
